The pain in my shoulder when in use?

I just crashed on my mountain bike and are "fighting" the arm of a tree. Now my left should blade hurts when I try to raise my arm or move it back to me, hurt me and how I can treat ideas?

Tour de France
Lasting three weeks, covering 3,600 km of the French countryside, the "Grand Tour" should be the best known cycling event in the world. The interesting race had its origins in an attempt by a French newspaper to stimulate circulation in the opening of this race in 1903. The race of individual competitors competing for the yellow jersey the prize for the best total time, measured at the end of each racing day. Giro d'Italia
This race, which took place in 1909 was inspired by the Tour de France, and joined her as a "Grand Tour" three. The International Cycling Union monitors on tour.

World Championship
UCI also administers the world championships that span different disciplines such as road cycling, track, mountain bike, BMX bike track and cover. World Cycling Champions in each category are awarded a rainbow jersey to use for the next twelve months.

Olympic Cycling
Olympics is probably the biggest sporting event worldwide. Cycling plays an important role in the Olympics. In addition to a race, there are many events velodrome located. Many people have a lot of home DVD or video on computers and most found the same problem is how to make these DVD or video clips that can be uploaded to blogs, YouTube, MySpace.

Before coming to solve this problem we will have a short presentation in FLV format. It is the most popular format of online videos. As good quality and size smaller. So our problem now is finding a good converter converter DVD or video in flv format.

I tried another way to solve this problem and had an easy way to convert these jobs. Now I'd like to share and that's it. Only three steps you can get a FLV video formats for download purpose.
