What are the best sets of wheels, Zipp Flashpoints or Mavic Carbone SL?
I just bought a Cervelo P2C TT / triathlon bike and am looking to buy a dish / Aero wheels. I like the Zipp wheels series 404 and 808, but I dare not let go of much of the change only for "the day of race "wheels. Zipp Flashpoints are a cheaper alternative, but asked if sustainability is the same as their conventional counterparts Zipp series. It can be quite intimidating to sit down with the schedule of races and triathlon races to determine what really can add to your calendar triathlons that may be ready, without overtraining, and if you are running "too much" or "very little." Here are six simple steps to plan for the triathlon of the season.
Triathlon Race Season Step 1: Make a list and write down all the races he wants to do. Now choose the three races that are most important to you and dear to his heart. The reality is that everyone is different. No one can recommend a specific seat and make sure it works for you. People do not use bike road triathlons ….. very often. A real triathlon frame is very efficient, streamlined, and made to go fast in a straight line. Most of They are made from expensive lightweight materials with a tube of exotic designs …. quite expensive. These two things are not comfortable for most people (with the physical body triathletes in general as less-than-stellar often have.) You mean the time in months or how many hours per week? I am training for IM 2.1 August. I am currently training 6 days / 8 hours per week and ramp up 10 or 12 later this summer. Each breed has characteristics that are better suited to a particular type of athlete. This is important to keep in mind when planning your race season.
The good results in a race always brings a personal satisfaction. You see the dedication is worth it and be happy to continue the hard work that finally (after years of consistent training) takes you to your full potential as an athlete. At the same time, when the race is not going as planned, you feel frustrated when you do not understand why the event does not take place as planned, especially since you were so dedicated and disciplined with his training.
What athletes do not realize is that each race has features that are better suited to a particular type of athlete. A typical example is a mountain bike course, which creates an advantage for athletes with a higher power to weight ratio (ie, light and athletes relatively high) and for athletes with highly developed skills in decline. An athlete who meets these two criteria have an advantage in an athlete without any background on the hill climbing and descent. In extreme cases, take for example cycle Ironman France, the difference ranged from 20 to 40 minutes, because these two factors alone alone, assuming that the fitness levels of these two athletes are the same.

Once you've set your calendar with these events, it is time to do the opposite: to choose careers that do not suit you, that you leave your comfort zone and force you to work on their weaknesses. Not only will you be a better athlete in general, but in the end be forced to run on a course or event you have chosen can not be otherwise national championships the world. With experience in various courses, which will reduce his disadvantage compared to other athletes who are more suited these conditions.

Think about it the next time you feel a little intimidated to participate in a bike race or if you are an athlete short, do not be scared half Ironman race. Conversely, Ironman athletes usually avoid at all costs short races, but that develop skills and physical abilities to generate profits in their main event.
