Yes ….. too large. Especially since you say it has long legs …. which is more than likely to have a short torso, too? Many women have proportionally shorter torso over the leg, but if yours is even more different than 19 "will make it very uncomfortable and unwieldy bike as it should be. 19 "is usually a person (man) who is about 6 feet tall. I'd try some models, if possible …. probably better a good "15. The top tube length is the best way to choose a frame because that is what most directly affects the location in the center of gravity of the bike will be, and also has more to do with comfort. Would fit well at one level (men), however, it seems you must also have your check the adjustment of individual women. Some women can become great men, but many report that the drawings WSD feel much better for them. I've been in bike races and festivals (most recently Crankworks) and became sadness that are all focused on slopestyle and tricks and much more. i can not find races that are simple mountain style. I know others feel this way too (Especially vanderham Thomas), and I know that many people believe that bike companies this is really an exaggeration, of what bike continue to produce all mountain. I just want to know how I'm still alive when I entered this race hoping to be a cyclist, mountain biker and not a BMX?

Why not BMX street / dirt bikes using parts of the mountain bike?
For many years, many have demanded BMX the lightest bike. For example, a way of BMX street / dirt bikes would be to use light bike hooks, rods, aluminum post. These pieces are still strong, but lighter than the parts bmx bike cranks and BB, in particular. If BMX use some of these pieces, it would be easier to go to a store and get parts, in case of several parts used atv parts. Why manufacturers are not doing?
Bmx I think much more emphasis on strength, simplicity and low maintenance. ATV parts are lighter, but they are too complicated and require constant adjustment maintenance. Also remember that the rods have a longer range and are designed to withstand more than twice the tension in BMX.
