Has anyone ever seen a man to wear socks in public?

Meshes seem to be increasingly popular among men, and there are even some number of companies selling line of men's socks now. Has anyone ever seen a guy in tights in public (not including transvestites)? For example, shorts with them in jeans and without socks, while jogging, biking, etc. .. If so, what do you think?

Yo! I was shopping at Ala Moana Shopping Center here in Hawaii and stopped at the food court for lunch with a friend. The man sitting next to me had to wear brown stockings! I was intrigued! lol …. I just started a conversation with the type and not confused at all about the subject! I had no idea there was a market for men's socks! said he has been using for several years and contribute to their legs feel better. He even asked his friend who sat across from me if I could feel her legs, she laughed and said "by Of course! ". lol … very well dressed, polo, khaki shorts, tan socks, socks and sneakers. It was a great style! his legs were too shaving, which helped. if hairy below … yuck!
