The bike is the most important piece of equipment, but what other equipment is needed to ensure mountain biking, safe and fun? My five essential tips below will help you decide.

Tip 2 – Protection of mountain biking eyes When you run the risk of particles being blown into the eyes to invest in a good quality pair of sunglasses will help protect you. Make sure you buy a good work preferably with a strap to secure it in place.
