Spare tire rack 33 "tires?

I'm looking for a carrier that is pulled in the 33 "spare wheel in my '95 Jeep Wrangler. All I can find are those that fit a 32 "tire. REAT there, or should I go to a mounting bracket Hitch?

Hi, I'm enjoying it a lot on my road bike, sprint, uphill, downhill .. I So I thought that investing in a good pair of gloves is likely to last me for a long time.
