You think it's a good bike for beginners start in cycling?

Use the technical details, I would say it was a good bike for a beginning cyclist, but for what it is trying to do, race or compete in a biathlon not think it would be a good choice. The big reason is the weight of the bike 32 pounds is a lot of weight for a bicycle road if it is considered a decent road bike or should be in the vicinity of 18 to 22 pounds. Is 10 to 14 pounds extra to carry much weight. I really think you could best for the money you want to spend. Another thing you might want to consider if you're going to start riding and competition would go to a bike shop for or buy a bike and be equipped. Being equipped can make a difference in your horse world, and especially if your competitor.
