My knees hurt me a bike, is my saddle height or position of my bike wheel?
Hi all, I'm "5'2, a beginner motorcycle with back problems and the scale is really terrible. I have a 24 "cruiser bicycle wheel and when I drive with my knees hurt. The region where I live is hilly, so I do not know if you go to the top has to do with it. I do not think my seat is too low, they have a great time on this issue is difficult when the seat is too high. I guess my question is, is the root of my sore knee directly to the head, or 24 "wheels also nothing to do with it? I would not spend $ 100 on other wheel bike that is too small, so hopefully adjusting my seat (when I'm ready) would solve the problem! Thank you all!
A bicycle Cruising is the best bike around. They are more of a style bike. A mountain bike or road bike is best. Consider buying a mountain bike next time. Bicycle wheels has nothing to do with it. Well, we know that the wheels are smaller, pedal a bike with larger wheels. Your seat height should be adjusted so when you pedal, the foot should be able to almost fully extend on the ground, keeping your foot on the pedal. With this setting OK, is less exhausted after cycling. It's better in the joints and muscles as well. You can probably adjust the bike cruise at the right height, but you look a little awkward because you feel "high" with respect to your bike. I would not recommend too fast on the bike, because your center of gravity would be a little high, which makes it a little more inclined to tip forward, if you crashed on the brakes … I could be wrong about this because it is a bike and cruise. Be sure to adjust the handlebars, if possible.
